Apple iPhone 5s and iPhone 5 are scheduled to receive the much awaited iOS 8 final release this fall. However, for those who are too eager to wait for the final release and can’t contain themselves to see what is on the other side of the wall, here is a quick review video which shows us the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S up and running on the latest iOS 8 beta 3.
Among the host of new features which the new iOS 8 is supposed to bring, most intriguing is the one referring to the iPhone Wi-Fi calling for the T-Mobile users. In the first video below, there is a review of the iPhone 5S. There are many changes which can be noticed, among which are the fresh upgrades to the iCloud Drive and Find My Friends. Furthermore, there is a new Enable Handoff feature with which you can transfer tasks to your other iCloud gadgets. The new Quick Type setting will also let you quickly enable or disable Quick Type.
In spite of being just a beta release, iOS 8 beta 3 is impressively smoother and faster in comparison to the current iOS 7. As usual, the new OS brings in new wallpapers while retaining some of the previous wallpapers. Another new thing is the Weather app’s tweak updates, as well as modifications to the Photo app and an option to keep audio as well as video messages automatically. A Geek bench test is also performed and the results are shown in the video.
